Darryl has a BA in Labor Relations and a MS in Organizational Leadership and is the fourth national graduate from the National Labor College under the Utility Workers of America. He has served for many years as the Chairman of the Brooklyn Residential Center, a 25 bed facility for female adolescent juvenile offenders located in the heart of Crown Heights. He lead in bringing volunteer services to the facility which NYS wouldn't provide or families could not provide. As a proud member of the oldest fraternity, Darryl serves proudly as Prince Hall Mason working on many committees to serve the community from feeding the homeless, scholarships or volunteering at neighborhood nursing homes .
